While I am all about personal and individual ways of eating and living and never promote “diets”, I assure you that leaky gut, food allergies, intolerance and sensitivities are real. This conscious, mindful and educational exploration into your body, food and immune system guided quite literally and figuratively by your gut.

This is a 6-week LIVE and guided group experience.

We have a call before Day 1 starts so I can meet everyone, lay the groundwork and give some more education, including leaky gut, the immune system, the supplements we will use and more! It will begin with the traditional 21-day elimination diet (I’m not going to lie, this is strict and the hardest part is the first week, but we will all be in this together and have the support we need to succeed), and phase 2 the re-introduction phase, where we will find out what works for us and what doesn’t. It includes an-hour long, recorded weekly call, a 1-on-1 call and all the support you need along the 2-month journey.

FAQs

What does the “conscious” in the elimination diet mean?
It simply means that we will have awareness and will cultivate knowledge around our bodies and what we consume, using things like mindfulness and using our intuition.

Can you really do an elimination diet in a mindful and intuitive way?
100% Yes! We will have a live 60-minute session on both of these concepts and practical tools to use in your daily life.

Will this help me with emotional eating and food freedom?
Possibly. You have to be ready and willing to go on this journey. We will explore why we eat what we eat in an evidence-based, biological way as well as what else may be behind cravings and emotional responses in our lives. Is this a calorie restrictive?
No way! I am a strong believer in nourishing the body. While we will restrict certain foods here, this is not low-carb, or low calorie! We need calories for energy, and you will have all the energy for all and anything you want during these 8-weeks!

Will I lose weight? How much?
Let me be honest with you, this is not a ”diet” for or about weight loss. However I do believe that we can us our self-compassion and mindfulness practice to focus on small doable actions to that end, if you are conscious about why you want this. Some lose no weight, some lose up to 10 pounds, on average people lose about 6 pounds.

What’s the advantage to group training versus one on one?
I have run this gut healing elimination diet for 5-6 years now, mostly with my individual clients. What I learned is that it works. And one thing I know is that anytime community is involved it, even more powerful! During these past 12 months, we support, less isolation, groups and community more now than ever.  I still do personalize elimination diets, they are fantastic, but usually 10-50xs higher in cost.

Do I need to take the supplements?
You don’t NEED to anything you don’t want! However, I will say, you are here for a reason. Somethings not quite right. You want an expert. Just like most things in life you can do this all by yourself. You don’t NEED me. But your experience will be more efficient and successful with me. I have flushed out all the kinks and hiccups. I know what works, what doesn’t, and how to do this well! And all those that have resisted the supplements and given me all the excuses were blown away with the supplements and how they felt. Some are still on them!

What are we eliminating and why?
We will eliminate all the top 10 allergenic, inflammatory and reactive foods. I explain what and why with all the substitutes! Plus, you can also customize what you eliminate too, we will discuss how to do this in the first call, on prep before we start day 1! I got you!

Do I have to eliminate all those foods?
Choice is all yours! You can also customize what you eliminate. We will discuss how to do this in the first call, on prep before we start day 1!

Does this really work?

Will this affect my period?
It might, but in the best way! If you have PMS, cramps, mood swings, irritability, heavy bleeding, spotting, headaches, migraines, irregularities or unwanted symptoms of any kind, this should help.

Can I join if I am pregnant?
Sure thing! This is a time of deep nourishment for you. This will give you deeply nourishing foods for you and your babe. We will just want to customize your supplements and protocol a bit. Not a problem.

Who is this program not for?

How long is this process?
In total it’s 8-weeks together. The first week is setting you up for success and getting you prepared. The next 3-weeks are the restrictive phase, and the last 4 weeks are the reintroduction phase.

 Can I have a cheat meal or day during this experience?
It’s in your best interest and will yield the best results if you stick to the “diet”. I provide you with over 50 recipes all elimination diet free. You have the inside hook up for meal prep from a personal chef from Nourish 4 Me, so you don’t have to cook all your meals. And if you are in Denver I even have a list of restaurants you can eat from if you want to once in a while. Lastly, in my experience most feel so good, they are surprised they don’t miss what they resisted giving up.

I practice intermittent fasting, can I still fast on this?
Yes, overnight is great, extended fasting is not good for hormonal healing
